Golf Around Scotland will make every effort to reserve the package of your choice, however, accommodation and tee times are subject to availability at time of booking.
Should it become necessary for reasons outwith our control to alter any part of your package, we will offer you the closest possible alternative.
To secure a booking made more than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, a deposit of 30% per person is required. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or reduction in group numbers.
Full payment of the balance of your golf break must be made not less than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, payment is due in full when booking. If full payment is not made by the due date, Golf Around Scotland reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all deposits.
Cancellation or amendments to party numbers must be notified in writing, and will result in loss of deposit if made more than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. Cancellations or amendments made after full payment has been received will result in loss of all moneys paid.
We do not offer any form of insurance cover for your holiday and strongly recommend that you take out your own insurance to cover you in the case of forced cancellation, loss or damage to equipment and personal injury or illness, none of which Golf Around Scotland can be held responsible for.
Payments can be made using mastercard, visa, switch, delta or cheque. Credit and debit card payments incur a handling charge of 2.5%, however there is no handling charge for debit cards based within the UK, or for cheque payments
To comply with the European Union package travel regulations, which protect you from the insolvency of this company, all monies paid by you will be held in a secure trust account until completion of your golf break.
